What You’ll Explore
Our classes introduce traditional body conditioning in a progressive and accessible manner. Beginners are welcome, and every session is adapted to support steady and safe development. Every practice builds upon the previous one, allowing students to develop strength, resilience and confidence through consistent training. As the programme evolves, additional traditional practices will be introduced.

Meipadam
The foundation of Garadi training, Meipadam develops body awareness, coordination, and movement quality. Through attentive repetition, students build 360-degree mobility, balance, agility and control while learning to move with stability and confidence.

Odal Kattu
Odal Kattu is the traditional system of body conditioning within Garadi. Through progressive training, it develops functional strength, endurance. It acknowledges explosiveness and athleticism preparing the body to move with speed, stability and control. The practice includes dynamic conditioning drills that build resilience, coordination and agility for everyday life.

Karlakattai
Karlakattai, or Indian Club training, is a traditional practice that develops shoulder mobility, grip strength, coordination and rhythm. Its flowing movements improve stability, control and full-body integration while building both strength and endurance.
