So we are not talking about HOT yoga – we are going to talk about HATHA yoga.

What’s the USP ?? – No USP. And that’s our USP. There is no invention of any sort. We teach the way it was given by Adiyogi 15,000 years ago, The way it has been ever since. Without a minute distortion. Now, that’s classical.

Committed Atmosphere

First thing when you enter Isha classical hatha yoga studio/session you would at the least notice certain ambience, calmness, peace.. you will already feel settled with in. Yes, there is a way to create a committed atmosphere.  Things are done in a particular way that teachers are equipped with. Yoga should never be learnt in uncared spaces.
