Upa-yoga is start-up yoga. It is best for casual practitioners seeking higher levels of physical and psychological well being.
Includes: Upa yoga, Pranayama, Aumkara, Nada yoga, Dinachari – Yogic Life, Isha Kriya , Simha Kriya, Yoga Namaskar, Thoppukaranam, Jalaneti, Extra 5 days Guided practice sessions, Extra Sadhana sessions, Review and practice correction support for over 2 months.
Eligibility: Age 7 and above
Dates: Sept 4to 8
Timings: 6:30 – 8:30 am | 11:00 – 1:00 pm | 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Duration: 5 days of Learning /2hrs/day + 10 days Sadhana 1hr/day
