Yoga Margam – All Inclusive

Children’s Isha Hatha Yoga Program
Starting yoga early on in life makes a big difference for the development of the body and brain. We take care to teach children asanas that are suitable for them.
Includes: Upa yoga, Yoga Namaskar, Thoppukaranam, Angamardana, Surya Shakti , Yogic Diet, Pranayama, Aumkara, Nada yoga, Dinachari – Yogic Life, Isha Kriya , Simha Kriya, Extra 22 days Guided practice sessions, Review and practice correction support for over 2 months.
Eligibility: Age 7 and above
