Children’s Isha Hatha Yoga Program


Starting yoga early on in life makes a big difference for the development of the body and brain. We take care to teach children asanas that are suitable for them.

Includes: Upa yoga, Yoga Namaskar, Thoppukaranam, Angamardana, Surya Shakti , Pranayama, Aumkara, Nada yoga, Dinachari – Yogic Life, Isha Kriya , Simha Kriya, Guided practice sessions, Review and practice correction support.

Eligibility: Age 7 and above

Time Commitment:  2days/week – 10 sessions – 2hrs each

Timings: 6:30 – 8:30 am | 11:00-1:00pm | 7:00 – 9:00pm

Batches to choose from:  Mon-Tue | Thu-Fri | Sat-Sun
